  • Vaporizers are intended for ADULTS of legal smoking age only. Personal Vaporizers are not to be used by anyone under the legal smoking age of the state they reside in. Some states that 18, others are 21.


    Other Groups that should consult a physician before use Included (but are not limited to):


    * Those who suffer from heart disease or high blood pressure.
    * Pregnant, nursing, or those thinking of becoming pregnant.
    * Those allergic to nicotine or other PG based products.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • We Charge a Flat rate for Shipping in the United States. The Fee is $6.00.  All orders are sent USPS PRIORITY MAIL and generally take between 2 and 3 days to get to you. Unless you are abroad then the additional shipping fees are set up by country and will be added to the shipping total. International Normally takes 6-10 Days.

     

    ON INTERNATIONAL and FPO/APO ORDERS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ITEMS GET STUCK IN CUSTOMS OR TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL.

     

     



  • Warranties

  • Please send all warranty requests to jason@electronicstix.com

     

    We provide a 14 day warranty on our Starter Kits ****. We do not Take Returns on Starter kits because ultamately an electronic cigarette is a consumable device.

    We provide a 14 Defect Policy. If any part of a Starter Kit is defective , we will exchange the parts right away within reason!

    This applies at date of delivery, and not the date of purchase.

     

    What to do if you have a problem with a product.

     

    1. Please contact us ( jason@electronicstix.com ) about the problem, we may have suggestions on how you can fix the problem yourself.
    2.  You will need to have your Invoice Number.

    * We do not accept liquid returns for ANY reason whatsoever, if you do not like the flavor of your liquid, somone else might! You can put it in the swap section of the Electronic Cigarette Forum.

    ** We will not warranty batteries due to improper use or "flooding" of the switches from dripping too much/incorrectly. And if you dropped your battery in the bathtub.. or the toilet.. no.. we wont replace it.)

     *** WE WILL ALSO NOT WARRANTY ANY ATOMIZERS THAT WERE USED ON A MOD OR AT A DIFFERENT VOLTAGE THAN THEY WERE DESIGNED FOR. PERIOD. WHILE USING ATOMIZERS AT HIGHER VOLTAGES MAY BE WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO... ITS NOT RECOMMENDED AND VOIDS WARRANTY!

    **** Refers to Starter kits only. Warranty is not valid with liquid, cases or chargers or spare parts.
